Although we arrived five hours before the official check‑in time, Youssef at Reception graciously provided us with a room immediately, at no extra charge. His professionalism and kindness set the tone for our stay. The restaurant was another highlight, especially for my mother, who loved the atmosphere. The gentleman at the restaurant check‑in desk greeted us warmly with a constant smile, while the chef stood by the buffet, attentively ensuring the food was plentiful and that guests were satisfied—always accompanied by his charming Egyptian smile. The omelette chef deserves special praise as well: he prepared each dish with care and a cheerful attitude, adding a personal touch that made breakfast feel even more enjoyable. The housekeeping team was equally impressive: responsive, professional, and thorough. Even the laundry staff demonstrated the same high level of care and efficiency.
