Decent, clean but noisy

Soundproofing at the room was not so good, shower is not hot enough. Not asking much for the area though.

Not satisfied, ac broken, staff have no solution

I got superior room since i need immedietely room at 13.00, however the air conditioning didnt work properly. I have complaint and staff recommed to ipgrade room rate into vip suite. I refused since the ac is managed centralized meaning it happens to other room eventhaught highest level or rate. In this case, the staff dont have willing to serve better with best solution. However, i got new room with same price and still hot inside the room because ac didnt work properly as well
