Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities

残念です！

２ベッドルームで、エアコンが良く効いていたので良かったのですが、バスルームの排水の清掃状態がわるいのか設備自体が悪いのか、下水の匂いが部屋にこもってしまい、とても不愉快な気持ちでした。 初日にルームサービスで食事を頼んだのですが、とても食べられるものではなかったです。 ステーキの肉は、ガチガチで、スープに至っては、生のキャベツが入っていて、とてもまずかったです。
