It has been 5yrs since I stay in this hotel. Staff, food, location are perfect. Property was very well maintained but last week, I can see it is in need of better maintenance (eg. cabinet door cannot closed properly, tray liquid damage needs to be replaced, floor in bathroom crack)

All was just fine . Easy to get to. Nice buffet breakfast. Shuttle to and from the airport is posted in the hotel, but not on the website . It should be as well as the pick up location at the airport.

The Hotel staff is Amaizing friendly, the food great sometimes little spicy but great If you are from the US Breakfast is not American style Breakfast looks like more like brunch starting at 3:00 til 10:00 AM for those who flight early in the AM or going out to explore Jakarta. Great little hotel to stay at for 1-2 days for a layover. We were able to check in late (2am) with no problem. Check in was quick. We missed the last shuttle bus to the hotel but we were able to order a ride through Grab for about 90,000 rupiah. Air conditioner works well. The showers were a little bit dirty and the bed is not the most comfortable in the world, but definitely beats sleeping on the airplane.

Found lots of long, black hairs in my bed, so had to change room. Generally dirty and very worn. Hotel needs refurbishment. Air-conditioning is very loud, and barely has any effect at all. Restaurant food was mediocre. Staff was friendly and helpful.

They keep the room clean and closed distance to the airport for transit flights. The only downgrade is they don’t answer the phone when we trying to contact regarding the shuttle pick up which cost us time and money, luckily there’s taxi nearby for our early departure since the shuttle schedule is an hour early or 30 minutes later from our schedule.

Air conditioner was terrible and room was very hot all night. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable, but otherwise very clean and decent facility. Just didn’t get good sleep due to uncomfortable bedding and hot room.
