The hotel itself is large, and the rooms are being renovated one after another, making them look nicer. The rooms are spacious, so you can relax and feel comfortable. It's also well-connected to nearby areas, so it's recommended for those traveling for business.

Very beautiful property showing lots of Indonesian art and culture, but unfortunately quite old property. Only two elevators were working for the whole hotel, were not enough.

The facilities are old but functioning, so there was no problem in general, but this time the ventilation fan in the bathroom was out of order, and the noise suddenly became louder. Also, I stayed in a room on the 3rd floor, but I could only see the weedy roof from the window, and there were employees working there, so I couldn't open the curtains.

到着1日目だったので、わからなかったが、他のホテル滞在後に思い返すと、レベルが高いホテルだった。シャワーの排水と、室内の温度調整が気になったが、おおむね良かった。

シャワーは、熱いお湯が出ない冷蔵庫は、あまり冷えない 1番ガッカリしたのは朝食の不味さ以前と比べて明らかに質が落ちています。飲み物のメニューも少ない食べ物も不味い、ヨーグルトは痛んでいるみたいでした。責任者の方は、他のホテルに出向いて朝食を見て、勉強するべき。

今回は14階の部屋に泊まったのですが、シャワーのお湯が出ず困りました。チェックインが夜中で疲れていたこと、1泊だけで移動の為宿泊したのでフロントには伝えずそのまま過ごしました。設備面ではリフォームされている部屋も一部ありますが、古い設備のままの部屋もまだあります。スタッフは概ね対応が良く気持ちよく過ごせますので、設備の老朽化対策が早く行われ改善されることを期待しつつ、今後も引き続きジャカルタに泊まる際には利用するつもりです。
