The room was spotless and the staff courteous. Given the fittings and amenities I felt what was missing was a small fridge. Breakfast was great although there don't seem to be any verification of the guests. Anyone could enter and have breakfast.

First arrived and had requested a non smoking room. I paid a premium price for two nights. Got to the room and it reeked of smoke. Staff changed the room to a family room with three beds. No problem there really, but what was the problem is sewer gas was coming out of the bathroom floor drain. No matter how much water I put down the drain the sewer gas still came up and filled the bathroom and the room. It was miserable. Told staff but hotel was booked solid. Had to live with is. Staff was awesome but the room totally was dissipointing.

Location is good but many issues to be considered

heck in was fast, room size was ok. Location was good as it is within walking distance to 2 nice malls . I have some points which should be highlighted; there is no window in the room, AC was not that cold, and the bathroom is not safe as there is steps within the bathroom that need extra caution to avoid falling down especially after taking a shower.

おすすめしません。7階に宿泊。部屋には窓もなく、冷蔵庫もありませんでした。シャワールームからは悪臭が漂い、換気扇をかけても消えませんでした。ホテルと運動施設が一体になっているようで、夜10時くらいまで騒がしかったです。防音も最低。レストランはホテルの建物にはなく、少し移動した二階にあります。立地は便利でとてもいいのですが、ホテルがダメです。星で言ったら1つ。

Baru pertama nginep disini, kamarnya ga kedap suara, ada yg lwt or buka pintu kmr sebelah kedengeran bgt, mandi jam 10 pagi air panas ga panas apa krn banyak yg pake jd mengakibatkan ga panas, restonya misah dr hotelnya jd mesti keluar dl dr reception, utk restonya station telur n waffle, waffle ga pernah ada stok, saya minta telur rebus ¹/² matang, dijwb sm mba nya blh tp lama sekitar 15 menit, 20 menitan saya balik lg n tanya, mba malah nanya telur mata sapi yah? Mulailah saya kesal saya minta rebus n dgm santainya dia blg blm nanti yah, yaiyalah blm wong blm dibikin drtd..lain kali station omelet ini kan paling favo dipagi hari tlg yg tugas org nya yg sigap n cekatan, bs manfaatin 2 tungku sekaligus jgn yg lelet kyk gini mba nya. 地理位置不錯，該棟大樓樓下就有些商店，鄰近百貨公司。 房間冷氣不太強，頂多不熱、不悶。房間及浴室有些灰塵，但不至於髒。 早餐的餐廳在大樓的另一側，需下到一樓才可到達。

Excellent location, but hotel is quite old. Room got no windows and the toilet drainage is poor, toilet will flood if you take a long shower. Cafe food is decent.

สวิทซ์เสียบบัตรที่เป็นคัทเอ้าท์ไฟเสีย ไฟติดๆดับๆตลอดเวลา รูปที่โชว์ในเวปมีหน้าต่าง แต่ห้องพักจริงๆไม่มี ห้องอาหารเช้า เดินไกลมาก สับสนมาก ไม่มีป้ายบอก ต้องใช้วิธีฟังเสียงช้อน-ส้อม อาหารให้เลือกกินน้อยมาก ไม่มีป้ายภาษาอังกฤษบอกด้วย ว่า อะไรเป็นอะไร พนักงานบริการดีครับ โรงแรมอยู่ในตัวห้าง แต่ห้างนี้ มีแค่ แมคโดนัลให้กิน แต่ใกล้ห้างใหญ่ๆ หาของกินได้สะดวก

Clean and New Hotel

It is new hotel. Everywhere is clean and no bad smell. The hotel occupies 3 whole floors with plenty of rooms and in a shopping building. Lobby is at ground floor with its own lift to the rooms. The room space is enough and the toilet is big. The bed is comfort and all the towers are clean. Air conditioner and shower are ok. All accessories such as toothbrush, bath gel...are provided. Hairdryer and clean electric kettle are provided. Different kinds of tea bags are provided too. Mirrors in the room are more than enough. Room is bright. Hanging place for clothes are enough. The wifi is still ok but I use my own SIM card. There is one step between the bath and washing hand basin but with same colour tiles inside the toilet. So better be careful during walk in and walk out because you may forget the step. There is no window for my double bed room because the side facing outside is in the big toilet. Inside the toilet is bright and there is glass which may not be open. The breakfast is good. Only 20 seconds walking from lobby to the restaurant in the same building. They change most of the food every day so I am not boring. Toast, fried egg, Indonesia food, congee...etc. There is 24 hours McDonald in the same building. Three big shopping centres with different restaurants are nearby from 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. Gate 5 entrance of GBK is 8 to 10 minutes walk. All the staffs are very nice and willing to help. I sure will be back in next time.
