Room was in average condition. Whilst bed and TV are good, bathroom and carpet are well in need of maintenance (bit ironic since last time we've been there a few months ago they were renovating. So either we got an old room or the renovation wasn't very intense). Staff is good.

I stayed here 5 nights. I saw cockroach in my room everyday, and asked to change my room, but front desk reaction was really slow. Besides that, food is great and hotel is very clean and comfortable.

I liked it

Nice hotel even if it starts to get old. Internet ok. Breakfast ok. Nice with a night club i the same building if you like that sort of entertainment. Good staff. GF. Not the cheapest hotel but central location.

Aging hotel

This is the former crown plaza, it’s aging quite a bit and not gracefully. There also was a demo by ex workers on my stay as they were not paid some of the benefits when the management switched . Breakfast was not the best but sufficient

Not what I expected

Not the same as the photo. Room in need of refurbishment. Hotel has a musty smell in lobby and in room I could not sleep the whole night even with the mask on. It is cheap but it is very local, and not value for money. It is whatever it is for what you pay for.

Internet speed in first room very poor, relocated, a bit better but still sub par. Hot water was only warm until techs were called in. Altogether, not bad for the money and the staff is good. Didn't have room service this time since previous time was very disappointing. Rather order astro in at 1/4 the money.

受付の対応が非常に混乱していました。混雑する時間帯だったことは理解できますが、状況はかなりカオスでした。長い列ができていて、部屋に入るまでロビーでかなり長い時間待たされました。 私たちは13時30分にはホテルに到着していましたが、明確な案内はありませんでした。受付の方から「チャットで連絡します」と言われたものの、実際には連絡は来ませんでした。再度確認したところ、マネージャーと一緒に部屋まで案内すると言われましたが、それも実現しませんでした。結局、部屋について3回も尋ねることになり、ようやく「タオルの準備が遅れている」との説明を受けました。ただその理由だけで、15時から15時45分の間にチェックインできなかったのはとても残念でした。 ファミリールームを予約しましたが、お部屋自体はとても広々としていました。ソファを改造した簡易ベッドもありましたが、使用された枕はソファのクッション2つだけで、おそらく清掃された形跡もなく、衛生面で少し不安でした。また、ソファベッドの下にはホコリが多く見られました。 朝食はとても美味しく、量も十分でした。プールもなかなか良かったです。
