The roof in the bathroom was dripping water from the room above mine. They would not move me to another room. The staff did not help with the luggage. The bathroom walls were dirty and yellow. bed and pillows were confortable

エアコン設定22℃だったのを24℃にしても寒かったので停止した。寝るとき要注意。コンセントがインドネシア仕様なので日本の電源のままでは使用不可能。変換アダプターが必要。しかも一か所しかないのでアダプターを複数持参するか、タコ足＋アダプターが必要。

New Hotel in a Great Location

The hotel is very new and in a great location. Staff were extremely warm and welcoming, some of the friendliest I have encountered during my many years of traveling - I will be sure to stay in this hotel if I happen to visit Jakarta again!

The hotel staff and their service was very good. The breakfast was good but it could improve. The swimming pool is very small and of no use. It's in a good location close to malls around and city centre.

Room is nice, food not so.

The room is well decorated. Staffs are helpful, I booked one more night in the midway of the trip and they just automatically extend my current room so I don't need to move around. Despite quite limited options for breakfast or dinner, the biggest no for me is that when I return to the room after whole day meetings, the room smells like an aged damp house. Well, one socket is definitely a problem too. But the stay is positive overall.

들어가자마자 바퀴벌레를 보아씁니다... 다행스럽게도 방을 바꾸어주셨고, 덕분에 편하게 쉴 수 있었습니다~ 주위에는 딱히 뭐가 없어서 차를 타고 나가야해요.. 그게 맘편~ 그치만 침대가 좋아서 꿀잠잤습니다.

Friendly staff

A clean and comfortable hotel close to city center and delicious street foods. Most of all, staff members were so friendly that a lone traveler felt at home in his first visit to the confusing city of Jakarta. Especially, Sofyan, Feski and Vira made me feel connected to them. Mere presence of at least one of them at the front desk was enough to guarantee a happy day. Sofyan even gave me a motorcycle ride to a place called Block M. Thanks, Sofyan!

Central Hotel in Jakarta

Hotel is well-situated in Jakarta - near the National Monument, Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. The hotel is close to the Sarinah TransJakarta BRT station, as well as the Gondangdia Commuter Line station. Area around the hotel is relatively walkable, but there are parts where there are no sidewalks. Food is available nearby in stores, or at street vendors one block to the west on Agus Salim. Hotel itself was modern and comfortable. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean. Wifi was fast. The hotel is quiet for the most part, but the central location does come with some noise at night, so maybe ask to be assigned a room on one of the upper floors. The buffet breakfast was the highlight, with many varieties of food offered. Maria, the greeter, was very friendly and even offered some valuable travel advice. There is also a small pool on the 4th floor. I didn't go in but I took a look and it seemed to have a very nice view. Overall, a good hotel for a budget-conscious traveller.

空港からタクシーを利用して45分程度、値段は200000ルピアでした。サリナデパートまでは徒歩5分、プラザまでは徒歩15分のところにあり、観光もしやすいです。近くにはスターバックスやバーガーキングなどもあります。 ホテルはとても清潔でした。4Fにプールがあり無料で利用できます。夜の23:00まで解放されているのでナイトプールで泳ぐのもオススメです。部屋は木目調で清潔感があり、とても過ごしやすかったです。ただ、近くにメッカがあり、朝の4:00頃からお祈りの音楽が毎日聴こえてきます。音も大きいので、気になる方はあまりオススメ出来ません。 朝ごはんはバイキングでしたが種類が多く、ナシゴレンなどの他にも、シリアルやパンなどもあります。味はあまり美味しくないですが…。 値段は妥当だと思います。従業員の方も英語が通じるので、すんなり会話できます。
