"We booked a specific room on the first floor through hotels.com and even confirmed it with the hotel just to be told the first floor including the gym was inaccessible due to remodeling. We needed first floor access and the gym and paid for such. The selection to book that room shouldn’t have been available and the gym shouldn’t have been listened as an amenity."

"1. Helpful staff at check-in. The desk manager should be given credit because it was quite crowded. She did a good job of setting the right expectations and crowd management."

"The room and bathroom were clean and big compared to other hotels we stayed in. The tv was a good size and it was nice to be able to stay connected to various apps. The beach is less than 2 miles away which was a bonus!"

"The front desk was scary. There were signs warning to not congregate at night. There was an old mattress laying next to the stairwell. All the lights worked and the internet worked. That said I went to the Walmart less than 1 mile away and felt safe. Overall the property felt reasonably safe Not the greatest property but it was OK for the price."
