"Friendly staff, great housekeeping, excellent location, pretty new so rooms are in great condition. Rooms are tiny for two people, no room service. It's more of an officetel than a hotel. Essential twin room was located in higher floors - luminous with a nice view, the extra room was located on the 2nd floor blocking any light even though with a balcony. Balcony had no view and was covered by high walls. The downgraded room was preferable in this case, with no balcony. Good hotel overall."

"Hotel is nice , the breakfast buffet and the restaurant are first class ! The staff is very nice ! The location is nice and safe , around great restaurants and shops! My only few negative are that the towels are very used and old, pillows feel cheap and uncomfortable , the bed mattress is kind hard and the bathroom needs a update ! "

"Nobody to query I had to,look for a strolley to carry the bags , no coffe maker to do the in the morning no batery in the remoto control The view was nice but suppose to have a bar to service in special at night Suppose to have a better indication to enter in the hotel and the cars park to off load the bags The employees was nice but need to have some little improvements To facilitate the in and out of the people . "This was a strange place. The location is great. Right in the center next to the shopping mall. The entire staff (all of them) were not friendly, but also no unfriendly. None of them seemed to have any professionalism how to interact with guests. They did their basic job, the minimum, and that was all. I felt like an inconvenience for them. The rooms appear very clean. However the maintenance is lacking, we had to change rooms at 11pm because the air conditioner was not cooling. We also had an additional different night there and again, the air conditioner in that new room was also not cooling. As I mentioned the rooms, look clean but the dishes in the kitchen had dried food on them. We were also awakened at night when a small cockroach was crawling on us in the bed. The be fair, we never saw another cockroach or bug the entire time. For the price, I think the value is good. The breakfast was very good. A diverse selection of everything and presented very well. A+ on the breakfast. But again, even the staff there at the breakfast was not friendly even when we said good morning to all of them, they barely responded and never made eye contact. There seems to be something about the entire staff just doing the minimum and all look unhappy. "
