The Hotel in general was Good, but the bedroom cleaning wasn’t. The restroom was smelling bad. The licalization was great and the reception team was good as well. The breakfast was pretty good.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The area by the pool was well kept and it is a great place to relax while watching the beautiful mountains in the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a convenient area in the city. Breakfast was very good, but they need to replace the dishes more often. They need to keep in mind that it is a big hotel with a lot of guests. Some of the days I was not able to eat scrambled eggs, because the pot was very small and the kitchen staff did not replace it. Also the cheese bread were delicious, but for a few times they almost let it burned. A suggestion for the tables: cover them with plastic table cloth so it will be easier to clean and the table cloth will not get dirty as we saw. We spent 3 weeks in the hotel. It is a nice hotel, cleaned lobby and common areas.

Dayrell Hotel is an older property located near Santuário São José church in the center of Belo Horizonte. It is well kept and well managed. We enjoyed our stay and found the staff very nice and helpful. We enjoyed walking and exploring the area around the hotel during the day time. Good value for money!

Worth it!

I was staying at a hostel that didn’t have AC. I noticed this hotel as I was walking past it. I asked if they had rooms available and was told yes and the rates. I looked on hotels.com and found it for a bit cheaper than if I had booked in person. Room was huge and clean. Breakfast was good as well.

The check is slow takes long to complete , the system seems to be out of date. The bathroom faucet, pipes are too old , the water doesn’t flow well . The bide cover is damaged . The internet signal is very poor .

I traveled from America to visit my girlfriend in Brazil and every time we came back to the hotel, she was immediately stopped at the the elevator and treated as if she had some type of disease. She was told that I wasn't allowed to have visitors in my room which is weird because I am a 54 year old man and a paying customer. I checked out of my room early the next day . 4 days remaining on my stay and I was never offered my money back or any type of reimbursement. Very shady experience. I've traveled many places but never have been told I couldn't have visitors in my room. And they kept my money !! Don't come to this place!! They treat you as if you're in a concentration camp !

A estadia foi maravilhosa, foram cinco dias, próximo dos pontos turísticos. Na rua ao lado, tem Shopping Cidade, o que foi de bom grado. Tivemos problemas com o quarto do 6º andar, pois haviam um gerador que fazia muito barulho e não parava e o chuveiro fazia muito barulho também, mas percebi que isso era comum, porque quando nos mudaram pro 11º andar também estava com barulho no chuveiro, no entanto, sem barulho do gerador. O recepcionista foi muito atencioso ao nos trocar de quarto. Um ponto a melhorar o estacionamento, R$35/dia para hóspedes, acredito que esse preço poderia ser mais amigável, considerando a quantidade de diárias, mas não foi problema, só um ponto a melhorar.

A gerência poderia ser um pouco maleável. Solicitei tomar café na chegada ao invés de no último dia e não permitiram. Não ia gerar custo a mais para o hotel então me pareceu só má vontade. Hotel antigo

No geral, o quarto e café da manhã funcionaram bem. O que não estava legal era o banheiro, foi pintado de baixo a cima, azulejos pintados de amarelo, dentro das louças pintado de branco. A medida que caia agua, as louças descascavam e ficavam marrons, sem falar que ainda tinham as fitas crepes da tinta. O chuveiro era muito antigo, jogava agua na parede que vazava para o banheiro inteiro.

Bom, quero começar dizendo que minha estadia no dayrell foi ótimaaaa! Cofesso que fiquei meio apreensiva quando li comentários negativos de pessoas que se hospedaram la , o fato de ser um construção antiga não quer dizer nada pois o hotel está todo reformado (acho que a reforma ainda esta acontecendo). Quarto enoooorme maravilhoso, otimo chuveiro, varios espelhos, enfim gostei muito do nosso quarto, fiquei 5 dias no hotel e mesmo assim não conheci ele todo , muito grande , varios compartimentos. Falaram mal da mobilia por ser retrô, eu amo moveis antigos , então pra mim tudo certo . Quero aqui deixar meus cumprimentos pro atendente da recepção RODRIGO e tbm o DANIEL, gente, que educação, que gentileza, que simpatia, estão de parabéns! Sobre o café da manhã... deliciosoooo! Pra finalizar quero dizer que recomendo o dayrell e que se voltarmos à BH com certeza ficaremos novamente nele
