Good Value

This hotel is in an excellent location in Kadikoy near the market, restaurants, and shopping. It was clean, the rooms were nicely decorated, and I would stay here again.

Great place & Staff

Room was comfortable and clean. Good ac, water pressure and toiletries provided. Staff was astounding and was able to fulfill many requests including late check-out and room change to a room overlooking the side street (to reduce noise from the main street) and also let me wait out my layover in the comfortable lounge.

This is a small hotel that is located in the heart of the Asian touristic side of Istanbul. Overall, the hotel is nice. They also operate a restaurant, which is very convenient for business travelers. The metro is 10 min walk away, which is easy access. Within 10 min walk, there are many shops and restaurants for all tastes.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOLE!!! I stayed there for 2 nights. The first day we arrive the AC was broken and the reception said it should be fixed in a few hours, but then the whole night there we don’t have any AC and had to open the door to cope with the heat and the smell from the bathroom drain, but the noise from the street is very loud making it hard to sleep. You cannot imagine how terrible we felt waking up the next day. The second day we again are promised that the AC will be fixed, but after a long day out, we came back late at night not only to see that there’s still no AC, but they did not even clean the room! Not even new towels are supplied! I demanded a reimbursement for the broken AC as a chance for them to compensate for the bad experience, but of course they refused bluntly and said you can comment whatever you want but I don’t do refund. Honestly at this point even a small gesture from them would be enough to make me feel less disappointed but they don’t even bother to offer anything as it’s my last day there. Browsing through the reviews it seems this is not the first time this has happened, and it seems they don’t care about it as long as people are still booking due to the fake positive feedbacks. Facilities-wise it was very old and you can tell they’re all cheap stuffs. I know my review is not gonna be enough to make people stay away from bad businesses like this, but if you’ve come across my review then please, DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!

5 mins by foot to the heart of Kadikoy, no need to talk about the location! Staff was really kind and helpful. Some facilities were difficult to use, like AC control is difficult to understand without the manual. Remember, there is no parking in front of the hotel. If you are using a taxi, there will be cars queueing behind you which makes it stressful to load/unload luggage :)

When I booked it they never told that it was the penthouse, I had some problems walking in the room banging my head as I am a tall person. Staff was friendly and kind. At first, I was beyond being extremely disappointed with this hotel. They stuck me in a tiny, filthy room the first night, on the Ground Floor. It was DISGUSTING! The manager onsite that night didn't want to hear my complaints and basically, told me, "too bad". Next morning I went directly to the general manager and he immediately moved me to an immaculate room on the Fourth Floor and, honored the situation by complementing me with free meals for the remainder of my stay. Because of that, I can recommend this hotel.
