"A superb hotel about 5 minutes’ walk from the terminus of the route 42 historic tram that tours the city all day long. Near Prague Castle and also on tram 22, 23, and importantly 25 which goes to the out of town Holešovice railway station which is the only one for Berlin to Vienna through trains. Spectacular views from 22, 23, 42 trams which whisk you down to the Lesser and Old Towns in ten minutes including the famous hairpin bend route down from Prague Castle."

"Our stay at The Golden Well in Prague was truly delightful from beginning to end. The reception was warm and professional. Victoria welcomed us with genuine friendliness, gave us a thoughtful tour of the hotel, and provided clear and helpful information about the surroundings. It immediately made us feel comfortable and well cared for. The room was elegant and very comfortable, with a genuine classic style that perfectly fits the historic character of the building. Everything felt calm, tasteful, and well maintained. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay. The view is beautiful, the breakfast menu is well prepared, and the buffet is generous and carefully arranged. The service was outstanding. Olga and Andrea were both warm, attentive, and caring, turning breakfast into a truly pleasant daily experience. The hotel’s location is superb, quiet yet perfectly situated for exploring Prague. Check-out was simple, smooth, and efficient. We truly enjoyed staying in this well-preserved historic building. It allowed us to feel and breathe the gracefulness of Prague in a very special way. "Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience at the Neruda from check-in to check out all was really great. Checked in late as flight was delayed- Christina was so welcoming and friendly. Room 32 was just so beautiful with view onto street and all amenities you need for a short break. Breakfast daily was the most outstanding quality and clean environment I’ve ever encountered! Sadly we were not able to view the spa as they told us it was fully booked for our entire stay which was sad but understandable. I believe there’s a hot tub and sauna in there and it’s situated next door to the hotel. The hotel is located up a hill but it’s gentle and such a gorgeous authentic Czech area that you hardly notice the hill when walking. The location in my opinion was perfect for us. Just below Prague castle and far enough out of centre to be quiet in evening but also close enough to walk everywhere. Only negative was that 2 nights out of 3 I didn’t sleep due to the hotel elevator making noise in our room as was close by but I still loved the hotel."

"This is an amazing hotel. The room was clean and cozy, the staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was INCREDIBLE!! My best friend and I stayed there for 7 days our first time in Prague and it was such a wonderful experience. Public transportation is just feet away and they have this cute convenience store next door. We will definitely be staying here again! "
