They were genuinely kinda people and even helped me arrange airport travel on my way home. Location was wonderful, the room was huge and elegant and I absolutely loved the cafe downstairs. "The room was excellent - big, clean, windows on 2 sides making it very airy and giving a fantastic view of the Charles Bridge. Excellent choice of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The reception desk is based across the road but that was no issue - they even went out of their way to arrange chocolates as a birthday gift (without any prior request from my wife!). 10 min walk to the metro or 2 mins to tram stop. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Amazing stay! Michal was great and picked us up from the airport. We had a beautiful room with a view of the city and Prague Castle. "호텔 출입구가 1층에 있고 리셉션이 한 층 내려가는 구조라 짐두고 나려가서 체크인 했어요. 객실은 3층이라 들고 올라 가는게 좀 버거웠지만 이미 엘리베이터 없는거 알고 있어서 괜찮았어요. 4인실 복층구조 였고 계단 살짝 가파릅니다 수도원으로 쓰였던 건물이라 그런지 옆방 문닫는 소리 빼고는 소음걱정 없었고 오히려 에어컨 소리가 거슬렸어요. 그리고 여기 조식 꼭 드세요. 평범해 보이지만 내용이 알차요. 간도 적당하고 맛 없는게 없었어요. 참 슬리퍼 옷장 안에 있어요."
