"Carnival Palace was a dream to stay at. The location was just a 10 minute walk to the train station which was fantastic, and from the property you could walk to any destination within venice in 30 minutes. The actual location is just off of the busier streets which was a big plus in my eyes. The room was incredibly comfortable as well the view of the courtyard was fantastic. "We stayed at Hotel Canal Grande for 4 nights. The front desk staff was kind and accommodating. We arrived at 1 am in the morning and wanted to have a cocktail after a long day of travel. Even though the bar closed at 11 pm, the front desk clerk was kind enough to open the bar for us for as long as we wanted.
