"Das Zimmer hat eine sehr gute Lage am Kanal und eine Sitzgelegenheit im schön gepflegten Innenhof ( inkl Velos zur Verfügung). Der Kontakt im Vorfeld und vor Ort war äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns für 2 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt- Es ist kein modernes Luxuszimmer, aber tiptop für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Italien- die vorangehende Bewertung mit einer 6 können wir nicht nachvollziehen."

"The elevator is ONLY for Luggage and was broken when we arrived. They did fix it by the second day. This hotel is a 15+ minute walk from the Venice train station (with luggage). The bridge over the main canal from the train station has only steps (no ramps) so you're either carrying your luggage up and down about 100+ steps or just slowly banging the wheels up and down them. Or you can pay a 'porter' an unknow amount of money to transport your luggage (we didn't let them). Most other bridges in...
