"Very nice people. "

"Great location near the Venezia S. Lucia train station and short walking distance to the water busses. On the outskirts of Venice, so noise was at a minimum. Staff members were pleasant and available 24 hours. We needed to return and retrieve our room key each time we came and left. Breakfast was delicious and bountiful. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and perfect after long days of walking. Would recommend to anyone wanting an affordable option in Venice! "

"Clean room. Comfortable beds. Fantastic breakfast. Graceful host. Maybe the only negative is the small size shower. However, would definitely stay here again if I need to."

"Loved the asethetics of this apartment and especially that we had a canal view with a balcony. The 2 rooms were large and nicely appointed and the location was great. Check in via Valentina and Fabio was wonderful and smooth"

"Es un pequeño hotel mas que bonito ,10 min de la plaza caminando pero con la tranquilidad de alejarte de las masas , con una parada a 3 minutos del vaporetto , con llegada autónoma , con restaurantes a una cuadra en una calle hermosa y muy tranquila , es mucho más lindo que lo que ves en las fotos . "

"Muy limpio y ordenado En una zona tranquila pero cercana en bus o caminando desde la estación de metro. Si bien no hay recepción las instrucciones para el ingreso son muy claras y sencillas de cumplir Mejoraría la cama que aunque es amplia de su parte central no es tan cómoda Alessandra muy amable, pendiente de los detalles y que la estancia sea placentera. "

"Piacevole week end di San Valentino con mio marito in questo posto molto accogliente,con camera ampia e comoda presso il Lido dove in 10 minuti si arriva alla stazione del vaporetto che porta a San Marco.Lo consiglio vivamente!"
