"Lovely peaceful stay. A lovely large room near to the pool. Very friendly helpful staff, especially the lady on Reception who spent a long time finding me a book to read in English and suggested many local areas of interest for us to visit. "

"Whilst you could say the room was clean, it was in poor state of repair with flaking paint and shabby. The bathroom was in a very poor state with a large area of black mold above the window and around the bath. The bath edges were rusty as was around the bath drain. The sink unit was extremely shabby with swollen surfaces where water had soaked the MDF timber. The bathroom smelt badly and, on the whole, was unacceptable. "The hotel was ok however the rook condition was extremely poor. The room was dirty overall, the fixtures and fittings were hanging off like the lights and door handles (one door handle came off completely). There was also a pretty severe mould problem in the bathroom. I've never seen anything like it before in a hotel. The bathroom ceiling was completely black as there was no window or ventilation. This is not only bad to look at but extremely dangerous for young kids, elderly people or people...

"The accommodation was absolutely superb. It was clean, tidy and everything had thought behind it. The reception staff are incredible and go above and beyond to help and ensure your stay is perfect. We went out a few nights for dinner and we WhatsApp the devotion desk who booked us a taxi (could be tricky flagging one down). The entire stay was perfect and we will definitely be returning.
