This is a lovely hotel, quiet and relaxing with great staff and a lovely freshwater pool area. Our junior suite was spacious, clean, tidy and the bathroom had a good spacious shower and twin sinks. The hotel is in an excellent location, a 15 minute stroll to the old town where all the best restaurants are located and 5 minutes to the supermarket. We had a lovely stay and I would recommend this hotel if you want a relaxed holiday in a great hotel in a great location.

Great overall, nice property and pool, comfortable rooms. Staff were excellent. The only slight annoyance was them telling us on check in that they charge €2 each time you want to change pool towels and €5 to use the sauna. It seemed really petty and unnecessary for a 4 star hotel charging these prices. Also they made us wear a bracelet which I can’t stand given this is not a tacky all inclusive hotel.

A nice small boutique hotel with nice pool area and Spa (steam room /sauna/Hot pool). Good service all round. Rooms spacious. Only downside was that the breakfast and dinners main meals are Al a carte. So you cannot go for more of main food like other hotels where all good is buffet, eat as much as you want.

H10 hotels are amazing, and this one is no Expectation, this is probably my tenth stay. The catering staff and team are excellent for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu has changed, and I must say, it is not as great as before, especially the steak cut, which differs from night to night; however, it is a great food selection. The only point the hotel must consider, which is lacking despite many comments, is the sun bed reservation, a shocking 2-star hotel standard that does not scream boutique and adult hotel. Reserving sunbeds at 6am is a sad case of affairs. Other aspects of all leather seating are stained and need updating with sofas in suites, all of which are stained, which is a poor standard. TVs without apps are a bit of a letdown sometimes, u want to relax in your room and watch some Netflix, which u can't, which is again not 2025. If you continue the same standards, you will lose repeat business.

We spent a very enjoyable week at this hotel, staying in a ground floor room looking out to the pool. Having stayed in H10 hotels many times before it lived up to the standard we expected. It was very clean, the breakfast buffet was more than sufficient (though fresh orange juice would have been an improvement) and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location is ok though the proximity to the busy, touristy high street is a bit off putting. It is only a 10 minute walk to the beach or 15 to the old town where there are plenty of restaurants and bars so spending evenings at the hotel was not for us. The dunes and the fabulous white sand beaches are a must visit if you have a car. Sadly, in keeping with too many hotels, there was an issue with insufficient sun beds by the pool unless you are prepared to join the dawn chorus and get your towels down before everyone is fully awake! It is such a disappointment. If you are happy with the location and the sun bed game then this is a very nice hotel. No parking on site even though the Expedia site said that there was! Tips: Walk to the old town and enjoy the music square in the evening. If you have a car, visit the dunes.

I was really looking forward to H10 Ocean Dreams having read the reviews — but after booking 3 rooms for an (adult) family stay, I'm not sure I'd return. I booked a Junior Suite for myself, thinking it would be the top category. Turns out, these suites are sitting at the outer edges of the building, two rows back from the pool, and some have views of (and noise from)… streets and roads! About the rooms: My mother’s supposedly “lower-tier” Deluxe Room with Balinese Bed was brighter, better located nearer the pool, and frankly, I regretted not having booked this room for myself. But it wasn't possible to downgrade because the hotel was full during the first two days and they couldn't or wouldn't do it for the remaining days because of their "policies", etc. Lesson for others: don't be fooled into choosing the suite thinking it's going to be the best option. The classic or deluxe is fine. The food was another bone of contention. The à la carte dinners weren’t exciting and main course portions were small. Meanwhile the dinner starter buffet quickly became bland and repetitive. I've stayed in other H10s before whose buffets had far superior selections. On the bright side, the welcome glass of cava at dinner was a nice touch. A couple of other things weren't good. The spa's stream room is out of action and wasn't repaired during the stay.
