"Staff was super friendly. They took us to the ski gear rental shop and back again to return the stuff. Their English was ok, enough to explain what buses to take, recommend pistes, etc. We even received a small gift when leaving. I recommend reserving the 3 meal course."

"The room was everything I dreamed of having in an Onsen. It was beautifully appointed and impeccably clean. We chose the room with the western beds and found it quite comfortable and very spacious. The staff was extremely helpful. Spoke English well, and the food was amazing. The presentation of both our breakfast and dinner was a beautiful display of Japanese aesthetics. We loved the mineral bath, and we love the fact that we had an indoor and an outdoor mineral pool."

"テラスのある露天風呂付きのお部屋に泊まりました。露天風呂の横にシャワールームの個室にあってヒーターが完備されていたので寒さを感じることはありませんでした。アメニティもイタリア製の化粧品やネスカフェのコーヒーマシン、オーガニックの紅茶などクオリティが置かれていました。1点気になったのはトイレの手洗いが掃除ができていないのか汚くて使えませんでした。 食事は2食とも個室でいただきました。夕食は客前寿司、朝食はだし巻き卵を目の前で調理して提供して下ったり、食材も自家製の味噌や県内産の米や野菜が使われていて見た目も美しい料理を楽しむことができました。 女将さんをはじめ、若いスタッフの方々のおもてなしも行き届いていてお勧めのお宿であることは間違いありません。"

"My friend had accidentally lost her backpack on the train just before we had arrived to the hotel for check in. As soon as we arrived at the hotel we asked to borrow their phone to call the lost in found center at the train station. After we explained the situation the hotel staff asked us what train we were on and what the backpack looked like and offered to call the station for us to help locate the backpack. This was a huge relief to us because we were worried about the language barrier over...
