"The hotel is showing signs of wear and neglect. It clearly underwent a facelift a few past, the materials used and installed were not designed to last. Small items were also unaddressed, like we did not have enough towels. In the end it was expensive for the conditions. The location is great."

"The moment I walked in staff informed me that they never offered valet services, and two minutes later a valet showed up. Our room smelled like mold and the bathroom had a strong urine odor. Ohhh not to mention the clogged tub! We had a terrible experience at the Hyatt Hotel."

"Most staff members at this hotel seem to be trained to say NO to every request, no matter how small. Nearly every single thing is painfully wrong at this very broken hotel. For instance, after calling in advance to inquire if I was able to check in 80 minutes early someone named Ryan told me it was no problem and that my room was ready. Upon arrival, after waiting over 20 minutes in line at check in, I was told that they ‘didn’t know who I spoke to’ but that my room wouldn’t be ready until 4pm. Even after furnishing the name of whom I did speak with. Then, after asking if someone could perhaps call me if my room did become ready early, I was told NO ‘we don’t do that’. After housekeeping skipped my room on the first day, I called no less than 8 times the day after to BEG for housekeeping service. They never showed up. This cycle occurs with absolutely every single minor transaction within this hotel. It was an absolutely miserable experience. Even after asking multiple times to speak to someone in management to inform them, no one ever followed up. Buyer beware. Bankruptcy seems inevitable for this hotel."

"Room was small but fine. Elevators were extremely small and very noisy. It’s an old hotel, so it’s to be expected, but if you’re claustrophobic take the stairs."

"Not only did we pay for the round glass room, which was t cheap it had a bug looked like a tick. I felt disgusted they moved me room but after that you question the cleaning. Although Eddie staff member was really sweet concerned and helpful he can not control the slack of his staff which delayed 2/3 hrs at a time for house service & not to mention waiting 20min to even been tended to at the bar which we ended up leaving. Management wanted to give me points due to my experience which is ridiculous and the other manager said she would give me 50%off one night which she didn’t only have me 30% I didn’t even bother to call and fight it I’m tired of the run around vacation is suppose to be an escape not a constant problem."
