The staff were very nice and polite. However, my room faced the main road, so there was noticeable noise. The air conditioner was also quite loud. Additionally, there were children staying in the neighboring room, and sound insulation could be improved, as their voices - especially when crying - were clearly audible.

Priscilla at front desk so accommodating. We arrived at 9am as we had gotten off a cruise ship and come directly to the hotel. She hadbroom cleaned as soon as she could and we were in room by 10:30. Great room and very convenient to John Wayne Orange County Airport. Shuttle to airport so easy as well

I felt the staff was very accommodating. We had a last minute change of plans and had to bring our dog. They didn’t make a big deal out of it. It made a stressful situation so much easier. My boyfriend and I had a great time here! We will definitely come back! One of our favorite places. The staff was very kind and special thanks to Sarah at check in and I can't think of the ladies' name today when we checked out, but she was also very sweet soft-spoken. I really liked the easy parking, spacious and clean room, and the continental breakfast. The indoor pool and gym is a nice touch as well. We will definitely be back!
