During our stay, pieces of the bathroom ceiling literally fell into the shower, leaving debris on the shower floor. As a result, we could not safely use the shower. "We had an unfortunate start to the stay. The staff told me to go in and they will bring the luggage in. They forgot a laptop bag in the car. The whole holiday was wasted chasing that laptop."

"This is a small boutique hotel right near Times Square. It’s on a quiet street but right near all the fun things in NYC. The staff at the front desk are all attentive and helpful.
