"I am 75 years old; a solo female traveler. I tell it like it is to save others a hard time. I have nothing bad to say about ReZz. For bus or train travelers it's a great location. for paddywagon tours it's a great location. Friday night it was noisy but quiet by midnight. A small price to pay. As stated it is tiny- don't try putting two in one room. But it is so well thought out there is a light under the bed where your suitcase goes. Can't beat that."

"Great service! Front desk was amazing and helpful. I wish I remembered her name but the young Spanish lady knew her stuff and provided answers and information quickly while multi-tasking. "The hotel was just as described and quite beautiful and welcoming. The service was particularly noteworthy and just extraordinary. My husband fell ill during our stay and everyone reached out to help in ways we had never seen. They were extremely helpful in arranging medical appointments and transportation and followed up with several offers of support as if we were staying in a private home.
