"We loved our stay here. The staff was super accommodating. After traveling for almost 2 weeks, we used the efficient laundry service. We ate breakfast, twice, as it was included in our stay. The breakfast included buffet items as well as off the menu. Hotel had plenty of parking and air conditioner worked great. "

"This is a premium property. Its elegant entrance with the fireplace burning was so inviting. We received an upgraded room that was stunning and very spacious. The bathroom was clean an well appointed with good water pressure. Breakfast was very good with hardworking and exceptionally friendly staff that felt like friends. Parking was abundant and it was an easy walk to stores and dining in the heart of Killarney. Outstanding and would recommend this hotel to anyone "

"The rooms were clean. Apartment extremely spacious. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable (mattress was collapsed), shower stall was blocked, hot water boiler was spoilt (although reloaded quickly) and the dryer wasn't working. Staff are only available from 9 am to 6 pm which makes them inaccessible. Excellent location but spoilt by these details. "

"Absolutely perfect stay! The hotel is gorgeous and the staff were so friendly and attentive. Our room was huge with a sitting area and cozy fireplace. The breakfast was definitely the best we had in Ireland. The hotel is in town, steps from the train, but on grounds that make it a peaceful and quiet stay.
