"An amazing stay! Very welcoming, very clean, very accommodating and so much more! We had a very late check in and accommodations were made, the food was so good with lots of options. The rooms were clean and large with loads of charm! We came on our honeymoon and would 100% come again! "

"Charming B&B in the center of Newburyport about 3 blocks from the water. Easy walking distance to river walk, multiple restaurants of varied menus, and charming shops (no chains). Easy driving to most north shore locations. Inn keeper was gracious and provided answers to questions about what's in town. Rooms were good size with modern bath facility. Good breakfast offering. Only thing that could have been better was low bandwidth WiFi, but I guess that's not that important for a B&B experience....

It was perfect for our first visit to Salem and the location couldn't have been better for exploring everything that Salem has to offer. The room with 2 queen beds was huge and so warm and inviting. It had obviously been part of something larger in its past life with 3 closets and 2 huge windows looking out to a park across the street. The bathroom had been quietly updated but kept its old charm with the black...

"The room was great- exactly as described. The gentleman owner was kind - lived on the premises and spent a lot of our stay mowing the lawn and working in the gardens. Would be a bit uncomfortable for femme people traveling alone, but a good set up for people looking for conversation or company. "

"The Silsbee Suite was lovely! Its def just for 1 or 2 ppl even though the kitchen is huge there is only 1 queen bed and a couch. You also habe acess to your own private patio but we were out all day and didnt really utilize that. This property is in walkimg distance to everything you need to get to and see in Salem. It is an old house and you can hear EVERYTHING! Even the other guests if they sneeze or laugh so just be aware of that. I would def stay again "
