"Beautiful property. I stayed there 18 years ago and always wanted to go back. So glad we did. We loved our beachfront view. It rained a lot, but it was still a very relaxing getaway. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Newburyport is just a 10-minute drive with top shelf restaurants. We enjoyed The Coffee Factory for lunch, they serve a great cup of Joe and the food is delicious. Bar25 NBPT has craft cocktail that are off the charts, and the food was just as good!"

"Beautiful historic inn right in downtown Newburyport, very comfortable bed, in room coffee but also lobby coffee and continental (and complimentary) breakfast. The was are a little thin as to be expected with a historic hotel. This did not bother me, but some travelers may want to be aware. Also if booking and mobility is an issue, mention it at the desk as again, it is a historic property. There are a few twists and turns and steps to get to your room. "We stayed here for one night and we loved it. It’s at a great location. Close to Newburyport center where all the stores and restaurants are. We arrived late so we did not get a chance to experience the restaurant they have at the facility. The room was beautiful and very clean. Everything was provided. Loved the coastal decor vibe. Easy to check in with a code after 5pm. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much."

"I woke up in the middle of the night with about 100 ants next to my bed. But I can’t even tell the staff until 9 AM because there’s no staff at night. When I did finally get to the staff they only gave me one option, which is to stay in an ice cave themed room. Which does not sound appealing and let me tell you do not run that room. It is terrible. "The Courier staff was so welcoming and helpful. The room was perfect and had everything we needed. We stayed in the bunk bed Suite which had the bunk bed in a safe! It was a lot of fun. The location was great for getting around town."

"Upon arrival, our room had an odor of cat spray. I returned to the front desk and they got us in another room immediately. Our new room was clean and odor free :) The pool and the outside sitting area was not ready, so cannot rate those amenities. The fire alarm went off and we were unable to get back into our rooms afterwards, so we had to get new cards. No clue what happened.
