"The accommodation was spotless. We were contacted before we arrived with directions and check in process which all went smoothly. It’s in a very quiet location a short drive along a small road off the main route along Loch Ness. We booked it as I was running the Loch Ness Marathon and it was well situated not too far from the St.Augustus coach pick up point. The cottage was warm and cosy and the owner had left some helpful little essentials like milk, tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid. "

"All 9 of us had a lovely stay at Darris Farm house. Perfect location near the Loch Ness. Beautiful house with everything you need! We loved the hot tub and garden! Feels like you are in the middle of nowhere, so peaceful yet you are so close to supermarkets and Inverness. We contacted the host a few times and got a quick response each time 😊"

"A house with great potential in a stunning location but it is in need of some TLC. Good beds and plenty of hot water. Kitchen is lovely but needs some extra kitchenware. Bathrooms really need updating. Sitting room furniture rather uncomfortable. No heating on arrival although this was put right. "
