Quiet street, great instructions and communication. House was as advertised and in a good location. It was close to local sights and a short drive to grocery store and restaurants. Would stay again.

The property was easy to find, communication was good, and the location worked well for our needs, with a quick drive into Inverness. Street parking was also easy and convenient. Unfortunately, the apartment itself was quite tired and not particularly comfortable. There was an odd, musty odor on the first floor, and the stairs were steeper than expected. The shower had only fair to low water pressure. The biggest issue was the beds. Each bedroom had two very narrow beds that felt smaller than a standard twin. I’m short and my feet hung off the end of the bed, which made for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. I was fine in other singles in Scotland, but here I felt like I would fall off with the smallest movement. I booked this property because we only needed somewhere to stay for one night before an extremely early flight the next morning. In hindsight, I wish I had chosen a hotel closer to the airport and paid a bit more. While the property met the basic requirements, it did not provide a comfortable stay. In this case, you truly get what you pay for.

Inverness House was clean for our use. It is a very small property and there were some quirks (heaters, water heater for shower, washing machine) that we would have appreciated clearer communication about how to properly use them. This location is not walkable. It’s in a strictly residential area. Parking is on the street, but it was never an issue to find a nearby spot. Overall, a quiet, peaceful home that allowed us to wash clothes during our stay. It provided what we needed during this portion of our stay in Scotland.

house was in middle of housing estate, no house name on property no house number on instruction, when entering property met with notice of extra fees for late departure and damage to furniture, basic bathroom facilities, would not recommend at all.

Family stay

Quiet Family apartment close to Inverness center. Easy to access e.g. Loch Ness. There was a misunderstanding in the booking and the owner went out of his way to sort things incredibly fast.

Nobody came to clean after the previous guest. Bathroom, sheets, towels were used. We called, and he owner came to change towels and sheets (we were not sure they were the same) I don't recommend

INverness apartment

House is in residential area a couple of miles from the center of Inverness. It was clean and comfortable with a kitchen living room bath and two bedrooms.. There was a private parking spot in the back of the building. The house was fully equipped and spacious. There was no one available to check in but owner provided all necessary information via email prior to arrival. Only problem was that all beds are twin beds.
