"Beautiful gardens surround what clearly was a stunning manor house in its day. Met at reception by a cheerful helpful lass who soon had us booked in. Room was very dated and tired and desperately needed a full refresh. A questionable mark on the bed valance caused concern. "The location is perfect if you don't want to over pay for your stay and be in old town via tram in 20 minutes , It was very quiet area , right next to transportation to old town, shopping mall right next to the area ,we enjoyed shopping the daily needs with local and very friendly people "

"It has small bar and very accommodating staff , breakfast is good for the price I pay.We managed to check in early as the room is available and we did had a good rest as we have an early flight. Location is walkable to prince st. And deans village but you can get a bus going to town centre."
