"The worst loudest construction starting before 8 o’clock banging, loud incessant all around us down the hallway have a video of it. The lady upfront was super helpful, but they told her too bad we have to get this done so I completely ruined the entire morning being woken up over a sewing machine to loud construction, removing and replacing tile for a $300 a night hotel. Do not recommend"

"It was a cheap stay and close to bars and restaurants. Front office was in room 106, so checking in was a little different. We learned from a uber driver that this property had a fire last year (10/2025) that burned a part of the front area which explained why front office was in a room."

"Stayed Monday–Friday for school. This did not deliver on the “residential style” promise. My room was never properly cleaned. Only a quick midweek refresh with new washcloths, didn’t change sheets or clean anything. When I asked housekeeping to clean, I was told I had only signed up for a refresh, which was never explained or presented to me at check-in. "I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast. Staff seemed nice, property definitely lost its shine. 4-5 years ago I use to stay there a lot and it was cleaner and rooms were in much better shape. Now they are roach infested and lots of visible deterioration on the walls, trim, caulking. "
