"The place is literally falling apart. The concrete roof above my head in one of the breezways literally crumbled less than a few seconds of me walking under it. I took a picture of the aftermath with the chuncks of concrete and rusted rebar on the floor. This place is the textbook definition of 'you get what you pay for'. At around $55 a night, it was bound to be in poor condition. "

"The air conditioner was loud and did not sufficiently cool the room. There was a pretty intense leak in the lounge area during a storm. Due to being understaffed, there were long waits for checking in. The room was clean, the location was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. "

"We had high hopes for this hotel based on previous experience with Valencia Hotels.. BUT- Monday night no working AC called the desk 3 times no answer, next morning get a call that they were trying to locate a leak making the ac not work like it should. We had to go buy a fan, room was so hot and humid that the carpet felt wet. They had construction on the 3rd floor. No biggie other than the fact there was “no room” to move us to. Heard another guest complain and get moved rooms. Just disappointed we drive three hours and no offer of anything to make up for the first night being a sweat box… 5star rating for the valet guys though, they were great! "

"Clean room, plenty of space in the room. Great continental breakfast. Great staff! Older property and furniture but everything was still really comfortable. Quiet, small and cute property. Very close to university and restaurants/stores."

"Upon check in I was assigned a handicap accessible room despite not needing one. Was not informed or asked if it was acceptable. Bathroom had no countertop, only a pedestal sink, making shaving, dressing etc inconvenient. The room rate was very overpriced. Will not return. "
