"Nice historic house with comfortable common rooms and a great location, close to downtown restaurants and a Walgreens open 24 hours. But my bedroom was so small I could not easily walk around, and the half-bathroom was also very small. Wes, the owner, welcomed me at check-in and has a warm personality. But breakfast was not offered, even though a Booking listing said breakfast was provided and the owner mentioned breakfast too. "

"I think everything has been updated recently, so the room was top notch! Breakfast was good. If I have anything that I wish was different I would say having to eat breakfast with a large group of young girls who were staying there and they tend to be very active in that space. Most of the seating was taken up both mornings at different hours. I did not have time to experience the bar."

"We really like the location. Not in the city of Buffalo but right beside major roads that get us everywhere we want to go quickly without being tied up in traffic. Many good restaurants within 15 minutes. On this stay we were not in favor or the breakfast. Much of the food is low quality and repetitive. We had no hot water one morning.
