"It was an okay experience. There could have been better service regarding room service, room service sent us burnt pizzas and didn't apologize for feel like it was big deal for our family. We were celebrating graduates and we didnt feel like anything was special. Very little stafs in the pool area when needing towels or to order food."

"We loved the pool games. We loved the restaurants. We loved the staff and how they assisted with any need. The atmosphere and staff were amazing and very family friendly. The few things we did not like were the broken elevator. The water to the resort was off for half a day. Then the pool ended up being shut down (not due to weather) for an extended period of time every day that we chose the stay and enjoy a resort day. Some of these issues were no fault of the resort, just our family's...

"This is the second time that we have stayed here. It is fantastic value. The pool area is great and the location is really close to many top attractions. It is getting a little dated in the rooms. Only real complaint was the two chairs in the living rooms. The padding inside of them had worn out and you could feel the wood when you sat in them. Like I said, I would definetly recommend this place for the value! "
