This place was fantastic from the location to the amenities, activities, and staff. Location & cleanliness being what stood out the most. My only recommendation is that the conjoining rooms require key card access. When the guest of the room next to us arrived they repeatedly tried to gain access to our room until I knocked back on the door. I assume it was just out of curiosity, but I think it should be harder for guest in other rooms to get into another. Otherwise, this was a very relaxing and secure location. Would definitely return!

The property is well maintained and very clean. The unit we stayed in was nice however the shower wasn't working properly and had a leaky faucet. We had an issue with the AC and called for maintenance and they arrived a few minutes later and fixed the issue. We were disappointed with the on site shuttle service and ended up walking quite a bit instead of standing around waiting for the shuttle that never showed up. There were two staff members that stood out and made extra effort to take care of us, The pool bar and activities was very nice and the staff there was excellent.
