"This is the best place to stay if you’re going to a concert at the Dickie’s Arena, it’s an easy walk and there’s lots of people doing the same. I’ve stayed here a couple of times. Every room is clean. The gym is nicely furnished not only does it have free weights, but there’s a peloton and a cable machine. The staff is always nice and helpful in the breakfast area is clean and open."

"Meh. The front desk people may have been having an off day - not friendly. Originally gave us a room that was still dirty and no linens on the bed. Didn't apologize or anything just gave us a different room. Beds were fine. The vibe is very young. Open shelving and open sink area like a loft or studio type apartment."

"I hate to give it such a great review because I don't want others to find this hidden gem. It was GREAT! Sarah was the check in person and the bartender and did a great job at both. if I had to complain about anything it would be that the coffee wasn't ready in the downstairs area until after 7. It would had been nice to have it a little earlier. There was a water pot in our room but no coffee."

"After beating on my door at midnight wanting yo see my ID cane back at 1:00am requesting i come downstairs cause they werent showing my reservation, it made my stay horrible, i was told i would be reimbursed one night for the inconvenience lol that remains to be seen, i will never stay at another hampton hotel ever"

"Front desk staff is practically null. Also left my room without housekeeping one day. Told them, didn’t even care about it. Also didn’t care about trying to do a late check out. Little perks that a 5 star hotel shouldnt pass unnoticed. Otherwise, the hotel is beautiful, clean and in a great place. "
