"Honestly, the quality of the rooms is on a whole other level. The staff was wonderful. The restaurant, well simply amazing.
It’s only con (which may be a pro to some people) is that you are literally on Dam Square. So it’s busy, very busy.
Other than that, no notes! "
"First of all - all of the staff we met were very friendly & helpful. The kitchen is excellent & the atmosphere is very cool. We love this place and would return any time. "

"Great hotel! We’ve stayed at Kimptons before and love the amenities — and this one in Amsterdam was no different! We didn’t eat at the restaurant but we visited the bar quite a bit for some great cocktails, and participated in the hotel happy hour one night before heading to dinner. The rooms were nice — not a ton of counter space in the bathroom or places to put products in the shower area, though. The neighborhood the hotel is in wasn’t a happening / trendy neighborhood or anything but it was convenient to get to other areas (and Centraal station!). Overall good experience at this hotel & would recommend it for your stay!"
"It really satisfied our expectations in every way! The location was perfect! The hotel was amazing. I cant say enough about how nice and helpful the staff are! I can’t think of one thing I would have changed for it be better! So it was perfect! Thank you to the wonderful staff for making this possible! "
"Mulham at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. He was able to get us a room with a view of the canal which was very considerate of him. The room was really lovely. Overall, we had a lovely stay. "
"Very unique and beautiful historic building. My room had a great view of a canal with houseboats. Easy walking distance from train station and countless cute restaurants and shops in the old town canals and alleyways."
