I felled off a rented bike and asked for ice to ice my injured area, the front desk staff would ask me about it whenever they saw me and provided ice...

"Hotel Mai checked all the boxes for me: great location near Amsterdam Centraal on the canal, large elevator, no steps too navigate, quiet street, great AC, comfy beds, black out drapes, excellent and substantial breakfast available, self serve happy hour drinks and snacks, no smoking, friendly & helpful staff.
