"This place was a dump. It needs to be condemned. It's a highly unsanitary environment. I had to have my room switched three times. From the glass mirrors not being cleaned to the particles of trash on the floor and such. There was stains on the towels I had to request new ones. In the room have it old musty older possibly of smoke. The shower will not turn off completely. The overall appearance in the hotel is terrible from the ceilings to floors there were ketchup on the walls. The furniture had definitely collected dust. Writing on the wall. Spills or splashes on furniture not cleaned. Bath tub needs caulking and base of tub and surrounding wall base boards. The breakfast was atrocious, every floor was gross as far as the hallways. This place is not kept up or investigated into. The city needs to make them do something about the safety and health concerns here"

"Heat/ac unit worked well. Staff efficient and friendly. Breakfast was good, similar to other hotels (selection yogurt, cereals, waffle iron, breads, coffee and juices). "

"Parking is very safe and easy. Some areas in the hotel can be noisy. The rooms should be non smoking however I can still smell smoke through my bathroom vents. The rooms themselves however for the most part were cleans. Place needs a little upgraded. Breakfast is offered and the shuttle service is nice. "

"The room I purchased was given to someone else. Once they decided to put us in another room, they gave us double bed when I purchased a king. The card for the parking didn’t work so had to go back again to fix that. Then the sports lounge has cockroaches on the floor that I also recorded to report. I would NEVER go here again. The staff was terrible and acted like we were bothering them to get into a room we paid for."

"So first of all, the staff at the front counter was great. Rooms on the other hand not so much. The property claims it’s a smoke free facility and anyone who does smoke has to be 25ft away. Well the first room I checked into around 8pm completely wreaked of Marijuana. I’m allergic to that plus nicotine so I couldn’t even stay in the room for more than 5 minutes. I went to the front desk and at first they said they didn’t have another room to move me to but they would give me spray for the room. Yeah that’s not gonna work. I told them afterwards if they can just give he a discounted rate and I’ll just sleep in my car until another room is available and finally one popped up. Well that room was full of cigarette smoke from the prior tenant and also I’m pretty sure they share the same vent system as the other room directly behind me smelled like a smokers lounge and coming thru the vents at times. I notified the desk and they did nothing. Room was especially dirty in the kitchen and bathroom with a broken shower curtain rod. Stove was dirty and front door was warped so spiders and ants just come in whenever as I killed many. And just fyi, there seem to be many low income mid and long term tenants in this facility. Don’t expect any sausage or egg continental breakfast like other places as it’s just the basics. Next time o travel for a hockey tourney in this area, this will not be on my list."

"We booked last minute and we had no choice so stayed at this hotel. Check in personnel was very flat and just gave us a key. We couldn’t get into our first room (key card didn’t work) and second room was also struggle to open the door. 5 minutes after our arrival 3 boys knocked on our door saying something about Adidas and I told them wrong room. I can see them looking back in the peephole which was creepy and scary. I knew enough not to open the door but they were hanging out in the hallway for a while and we just stayed in our room until next morning. People were loud in the hallway all night long for no apparent reason. Hotel was cheap but then they added $25 for parking which increased the cost of stay. Convenient as it’s close to the airport and looks like that’s the only reason people stay there but not sure why some people would stay otherwise"

"Great hotel near the PHL airport. Front staff is excellent, nice bar, gym is in nicely setup, and the Delta Pantry is an added bonus for elite Bonvoy members"
