"The hotel is in a great location and the room was overall good. However the temperature was 40 degrees outside and the air conditioning didn’t work, the temperature in the room was unbearable.
We asked reception for extra towels as we showered more often with the heat. They said no, we could only get towels once per day.
The elevator is a safety hazard, the floor in the elevator felt unstable. We had to carry luggage up 5 flights of stairs.

"We stayed 2 nights at Hotel Das Tigra. It's location was not too close to the zaniness of the tourist area, but not too far either. The room was clean and comfortable. We borrowed an outlet adapter from the front desk, which was helpful. The air conditioning was welcome after a hot day walking around the city. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on it."

"We are a repeating guests in this hotel. The hotel services are excellent in the reactive services. If you ask, they make it happen (mostly). I would hope they could get a little bit better in the proactive services. I'm introvert and it is very uncomfortable for me to call the front desk. For example the rooms don't have a kettle for boiling hot water for tea etc. (They have the cups and teas there..)
I'm a tea drinker and a bad sleeper and asking 5x a day to bring hot water to the room is very...
