This hotel is centrally located to some of the most iconic sites in Vienna. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and the walkability to the major sites was a huge plus. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful.

Love Vienna

this is the perfect spot to stay., central relocated near the train stations. Lots of bars and restaurants. Very clean felt very safe. I know with someone friendly at the front desk.

Wonderful

Great hotel in a central location. Room was clean and spacious and had a balcony with a nice view of the church opposite. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was ok and was the same everyday. Staff were helpful. Would recommend.

Sound isolation is horrible. We checked in the first day and in the room i could hear the neighbor like he was sitting next to me without walls. I complained and immediately the staff moved us to a new room the next day. The ac in new room was making horrible noises i barely slept 3 nights. I could send a video if anyone needs it.

Staff was one of the friendliest and helpful we ever had in our travels. Breakfast and dining room were top of the line. Almost everything we wanted to see was within easy walking distance. Definitely will book it again

Excellent hotel, very central

I booked this hotel as it seemed central and was fairly well priced considering. We had booked the Spanish Riding School and it is just a 5 minute walk. The location is immense, right in the centre, 2 minute walk from Stephansplatz underground. The hotel is lovely, traditional, yet very comfortable and has beautiful breakfast room with a good selection of breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Only downside was our internal room (403) was sooooo hot!! Our 2 windows looked into a central atrium, so we missed having a view to the outside or chance of fresh air. The ceiling fan was on constantly but was noisy. Aircon is fitted but not yet commissioned. The bathroom was immaculate with lovely toiletries, but a small step up into the bathroom which we kept tripping over!! Robes and slippers are provided and the room as compact yet comfortable. I had asked for 2 single beds as I was travelling with my mother, but other rooms looked much more bright and spacious - but it was very comfortable, and at the end of the day, we were only there to sleep not spend all day
