Fantastic location: just outside the inner ring, so not as expensive as staying in the inner ring, but easy to get to the transit stops, the Opera, the Kunst Museum, the Hofburg, etc. Surprisingly quiet, very clean, good breakfast, helpful staff... would definitely stay here again.

It is just around the corner from the Naschmarkt with numerous dinning options and shops. Public transportation is also nearby. The staff was super friendly and helped us arange transportation to the airport. I would stay here again if I ever went back to Vienna.

Great customer focus. The room itself was huge and a bit impersonal but nothing to complain about. I have to rate this hotel with 5 stars mainly for the super friendly and helpful staff. Most notably Milan at front desk who helped locate a suitcase that did not arrive at Vienna airport. He went over and above the call of duty when we were feeling frazzled. We enjoyed the breakfast with some great conversation with Hans with whom we practiced our German. It was my wife’s birthday and Hans arranged a candle lit cupcake surprise. The kitchen lady was also lovely There were several super helpful young ladies at the front desk whose names I did not note.
