"2-28-2026: 11pm The front desk assistant was extremely unprofessional and stated that there was no manager available to address the issue. Because of this, my friend and I were greatly inconvenienced and had to take the next available flight out. When I called the next morning, I spoke with the manager, Fatima, who was unfortunately also dismissive and unprofessional. I have never had an experience like this with a Hilton property, which made this situation even more disappointing. I would simply encourage others to be mindful when considering this location."

"Very disappointed in this property as it seemed that they wanted to “nickel and dime” you for everything. I had booked 3 rooms and arrived early as we finished our cruise and had to spend an extra day. When asking if we could check in one of the rooms to store our bags they wanted $45 extra for early check in. What got me was that the room as already ready and cleaned. Was not happy. "
