"Room was good. Check in staff wasn’t the most friendly. Breakfast was served at an extra cost, but it was a little untidy where food was served. "

"Friendly staff and excellent location. However, some of the rooms are more dated with cheaper furnishings or broken appliances (our bedside lamp didn't work this stay) and we could see a metal frame jutting out from under the bed which was odd and the paint in the master was two toned which was also odd and felt very motel-like. I was also informed that all of the tv's in the bedrooms were removed, so there is now only the tv in the living room. However, the location is so great that you won't be watching that much tv anyway. The gym is also really nice and clean with a great variety of equipment for a smaller property. The only other thing is that during both of my stays here the hot water has ran out fast when showering. "

"Good value and location for a one night stay. Hotel did not respond to my message asking about early check-in. Check in clerk talked continually on the phone while we were checking in, she seemed quite preoccupied. Room was fine, bathroom could have used a shelf for toiletries and blow dryer. Check out was good, gentlemen was friendly. "

"Hotel looked nothing like the pics at all. You get what you pay for I guess. Maybe there’s another Biscayne hotel it took these pics from, but this location could use some upgrades for sure. And a nice coat of paint. "
