The location is awesome, staff are very helpful and friendly had a couple of small issues and they were resolved asap. Sadly not so clean, the bathroom needs to be deep cleaned along with washing machine and dish washer. I would not recommend the bath and shower gel as it made my skin super dry. ...

Balcony door broken so couldn’t lock it, no hot water the morning I was departing. No acknowledgment or apology at check out until I mentioned it.

The Ridge Apartment Hotel
Room & kitchen was clean & well maintained. Staff were helpful after we had a toilet seat issue. We changed rooms. Secure parking was good although a little difficult to get to.
