"Lovely well appointed rooms, very clean and the bed was very comfortable! Shower head didn’t look like it would give a great shower but actually was quite powerful. The breakfast buffet was perfect- lots of choice all excellent quality and now im going to have to buy a waffle maker for home! Would definitely stay again, perfect location for the arena which was why we were In birmingham. Highly recommend"

"Nice location close to everythink rooms are nice but one of the mattresses there was a dip in the middle and fire alarm was tested at 9 which they never told us and I had cleaning person was knocking on the door at 9.10 and we didn't have to check out till 12 but saying that we would stay here again"

"The room had everything I needed. Large comfortable bed, good bathroom facilities, and a very useful kitchen area. It was secure and spacious, with good lighting and temperature control. Its close proximity to the coach station suited my needs, and I had a comfortable two night stay. "
