"The location of this property is EXCELLENT for downtown Indianapolis. The staff was warm and helpful. The neighborhood is a little sketchy with homeless drug addicts a block away, but the property itself is nice."

"It was an amazing time, only complain is room service. Waited and line was transfered multiple times. Once someone picked up, their restaurant menu compared to the one from the QR code in the room did not match. Tried to order items that were on the menu but not available. Then wait time was almost an hour. We went downstairs ordered ourselves and had it in 30 minutes "

"We have stayed at this property twice and had an excellent experience both times. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The hotel is well maintained and comfortable. We also loved the river walk and the location. It is close to shops and great restaurants. We had a lovely stay and are looking forward to returning. "

"The property was clean and updated, however the room was muggy even though the AC was set to 69/70. The breakfast selection was mediocre, however there were youth baseball teams staying for the weekend so that could have accounted for the lack of quantity. "
