Hotels in Indian Trails, Palm Coast

"Wasn't oceanview it was a block off the beach. Not sure where the outside pictures were taken 🤔. We had to ask for more towels we were only given 2 towels for 2 adults for a 3 day stay. Bathroom tap water smelled bad. We were put in a room that had college students in the rooms on both sides of us!!! They were very loud and gathered in front of our door until 3am. (Partying and fighting.)We were very disappointed that the staff allowed this to happen. Would not recommend."

"After 4 rooms, I was able to find somewhat of an appropriate accommodation. The first room had outlets hanging out of the wall, an extension cord going across the floor. No outlets worked. The floor was disgusting and the bedding was discolored and torn. They sent me to a 2nd room to look at and the whirlpool would not shut off. Switches were missing cover plates or no switch was present. The room was dirty and the floor looked like there was urine around the bathroom stool. Room 3 had wall lights falling out and hanging by the wire and was very dirty. Room 4 was at least clean but had several items damaged including the hair dryer hanging off the wall, the support bar into the shower was ripped away from the wall, the fan vent cover was hanging off the ceiling, the threshold was busted up and the outlet sparked anytime you tried to plug in something. I had two other individuals that were renting a room for the weekend and both had to be transferred to another room as well. Neither of them stayed the second night as the AC did not work among other safety issues. I highly suggest to stay away from this place. The pictures and reviews on line are not real! Had I been able to cancel, I would have but the owner said I could not because I booked through Expedia. Horrible service and disgusting rooms that are health hazards."

"Hotel was less then a year old. Very clean, relaxed. Fun place, rooftop restaurant/bar. Hot buffet breakfast"

"The clerk that checked us in was very professional and helpful, but overall I’m surprised this property is owned/operated by Hilton as it doesn’t meet their usual standards. Our room felt humid, the carpet felt tacky on my feet, as did the tile. Definitely a very old property and won’t stay there again. "

"First day breakfast was terrible with hardly any food left as they had run out. Hot tub was not hot but luke warm. Also property was higher priced than Expedia said but after showing them confirmation they came down to price but charged us 45.00 for parking which was never disclosed and parking was full so they left us park by the front door. Employees nice but wouldnt book there again."
