This was our first bed-and-breakfast we were met with a warm and inviting welcome. Our room was very clean. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to Andrea for a wonderful breakfast every day.

Everything about BFB&B is tastefully and thoughtfully done. We stayed in two different rooms (we wanted to extend our stay, so needed to move). Each room was decked out in “curated” decor, linens, lending library selections etc. The common space for breakfast services was decorated for Christmas and furnished with elegant tables and chairs. And the view from the sitting area faced the dune complexes along the gentle beach. All the staff went out of their way to anticipate our needs and take care of our comfort and enjoyment. We had a delightful time and would return again -gladly!

This bed and breakfast was a wonderful experience. The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. The living and breakfast area had a wide open view of St Augustine beach. The rooms had a romantic getaway atmosphere. Each morning at 9 the staff prepared and delivered an amazing breakfast. The staff was so kind and accommodating. And probably the best part is that no children are allowed so it’s so peaceful. Would definitely go back.

We decided to wrap up 2025 by spending a couple nights in an actual real B&B on Saint Augustine Beach. This property fit the bill perfectly. Our room is clean, comfortable and quaint just steps from the dune walkover to reach beautiful, wide beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The made to order breakfasts each morning were filling and delicious, feeding us for a day of walking the beach or visiting Historic St. Augustine with its spectacularly illuminated decorations that were full on festive. We wish we could have stayed a few more nights

I would like to first the check-in was not acknowledged to me as it was on another property. I was never informed that so I got there and wandering around everywhere after driving come to find out it is at a sister property La Fiesta I called the property. The ladies phone did not work. I called three times then when I got there, I asked another guest. Is there a check-in area that she told me this I really hate to leave bad reviews but my bad was extremely uncomfortable. I barely even slept. They air-conditioning unit in the main house is controlled between all the rooms so you have no control over when the air turns on or it turns off so one minute it turned on and I was fine another minute I was sweating I think the nicest part about the visit was the host the ladies in the morning they were perfect and so accommodating it would’ve been nice to have that when I first arrived get the thing I would mention is in the main house or four rooms which all lead into the main area as I was finally falling asleep at 7 AM a lot of furniture moving breakfast started at nine very noisy so on this visit, definitely was not comfortable to know for me personally, I would not recommend it. I like the keyword on the password, relaxing definitely did not. I think the best part was the ladies in the morning. I’ve seen a lot of bed-and-breakfast, but the fact that it’s noisy and not quiet, I ended up going to the Hilton in Daytona Beach, where my bed was so comfortable I slept so good.

We booked our stay to see the downtown Christmas lights, but ended up relaxing and enjoying the beach. The breakfast and staff were great .We were in the cottage and the room was large and decorated beautifully. We will definitely be staying there again!

The stay here was amazing! I will be returning as soon as I can! Everyone was so nice, and the breakfast was very delicious! Andrea cooked every breakfast with so much love and prepared every plate individually, which felt so special! Dana was such a sweetheart too and they both truly made us feel like family. They both were so attentive, warm and welcoming. They made everyone there feel comfortable and it was so nice meeting new people during breakfast. The vibe for breakfast was like a homey serene restaurant, with the most gorgeous beach front views. Dana was so helpful in providing us with so much information about the area, restaurants, beaches and activities and so much more. Everyone here was so down to earth and warm hearted. The owner Lauren was also very welcoming. We saw her a few times while she was walking her gorgeous fur babies. The beach is literally a 1-minute walk. The beach was clean and quiet and so relaxing. I brought my mom here to celebrate our birthdays together with my husband and she said it was "the best time of her life." She was very pleased. Her room was very soothing, and we loved the beach vibe theme in the rooms outside of the main house. Literally right next door, with parking for each room. The rooms in the main house were gorgeous as well. So convenient. I cannot wait to go back!! Thank you so much for making us feel so special from the moment we entered to the moment we checked out. I will be recommending you guys to everyone!

Weather was poor so beach was not in play. Overall the property was nice and convienently located to the area- easy to get around St Augustine.

Pros- on the beach, easy walk to the beach, location from downtown, dining, and shopping; cleanliness of property. Nice bedding. Pretty landscaping. Cons- old and outdated!!! Looks like my grandma’s house. Lacks good lighting, very low sink and tight shower area, rough towels, decades old tile and fixtures including toilet; too firm of mattress so uncomfortable for some including us, no storage in bathroom; awkward placement of mini fridge, bulky cast iron head and footboards, and weird fireplace in corner of room, all take up a lot of walking space. Outside light shined into our room with no blackout curtains, just blinds and sheer curtains. We paid for an ocean view but couldn’t enjoy it privately since our view also faced the staircase. Weren’t allowed to even open the windows and enjoy the sound of the ocean. Never did see any beach chairs. Staff was nice at breakfast but food was mediocre with no choices so people with dietary preferences and restrictions aren’t considered (diabetic, GF, etc). Coffee only available during breakfast. Don’t plan on sleeping past 7-7:30am in the Beach House because people will already be allowed to come up for coffee as early as 7am! My husband manages a resort in FL and we’ve previously stayed at B&Bs. Unless they modernize it and make some major improvements for a more enjoyable stay, we won’t be back. There are plenty of other options in the area to chose from that would be much more enjoyable, quiet, and relaxing.

This B&B is adorable. We had our service dog with us so stayed in the cottages instead of the main house, and that ended up being exactly perfect for us. It was perfectly Florida and extra steps for romance (electric candles, swan towels, wine glasses). I liked how private the beach cottages were. The walk to the beach is so easy and breakfast was delicious. Also, the ice cream near the mini golf is a must. So delicious! Thank you!

What a wonderful private facility we stayed at the cottage on the beach excellent clean breakfast breakfast and food was excellent. The owners and the and the people there are very friendly. Would highly recommend this to anyone that’s traveling and wanting to stay more than a week.

We walked the path to the beach and took a 2 mile walk to get our steps in. This followed an evening of heavy seas and stormy weather we took in from the veranda. Lauren (owner), Gina (front desk) and others are so pleasant and great to work with. We are repeat customers traveling up and down the eastern seaboard, this is permanently on our list of stops as an anchor location!
