"The hotel was not consistent with what I was told on the phone as far as Arrangements. The Wi-Fi was very spotty and TV kept freezing. There was no phone in the room to call for blankets or towels Etc. I was not overly happy with the room"

"I thought our room was nice for the price. Plenty of room and you can hear the ocean from the room. The pool was heated. All staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. They even gave everyone popsicles by the pool. Bands played during the day and the beach is right there. I will definitely be back."

"Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Had minor issue with lock on balcony door but this issue was resolved very quickly y the maintenance man Eddie, who was very helpful and kind. Valet parking was included in the resort fee., which was very convenient. On the Friday night there was a band playing called Mix Tapes Kids which were excellent a great show right in the outside restaurant. Breakfast was good, freshly made omelettes were very good. Only negative was the lifts which were really slow, luckily we were on 4th floor so could use the stairs most of the time."

"We had a wonderful time during our stay. The property was very clean, in a perfect location, and featured a large family pool and a fire pit. We also enjoyed the restaurant right next door, which had live music and excellent outdoor seating. The staff was very friendly, and Nick, in particular, was a big help. We look forward to returning in the future. Definitely recommend to stay here."

"The property was rundown and from the pool deck, you can see numerous Exterior pipes and greetings that are rusted and look very shabby to any of the guests that are situated around the pool area. Our room was extremely dirty and one of the blankets on the bed was soiled with what it looked like feces, and this was reported to the front desk. Their attempt to resolve the situation was to deduct the resort fee for the night, even though we had paid for a cabana for our anniversary and it was a very expensive room totally more than $600 for one night. We were disgusted at the state of the room and we will never stay at this resort again."
