"Clean condo and clean property. Condo was large and comfortable. Newer appliances. Our condo was on bottom floor, closest to highway, so we heard traffic noise over waves. Would stay at the property again, but only if I could get farther away from the road. Still, nice view of pool and ocean waves. Couldn't see beach because we were too low and brush was growing high. Good water pressure and hot water. Staff was nice and repeatedly asked if there was anything we needed. Ice maker didn't...

"The Sebastian River Rental is Exceptional so beautiful, quiet and clean. The view is Amazing. I did not want to leave. If I could live there year round I would. The host Pierce was so very nice. Very easy to check in and out. I cannot wait to go back and I am give them 10 stars. I am already planning my next vacation there 😊"
